About the Artist

I am a classically trained artist with an Honor Degree in Fine Art. I am an award winning artist and Scholarship winner. My inspiration comes from the miracles and beauty of nature. My hand crafed animals are expressive and take on their own personalities like their real life models! Each is unique and one of a kind.

I use real animals and photos as references for many of my animals. I often create specific dog breeds for clients on a custom made basis and they are welcome to send photos of their favourite pet!

I often sketch animals and this helps me develop the sculpture.

I enjoy creating fiber art, quilted wall hanging art and painting.

I have been painting and drawing and sewing since early childhood. My love of art and animals is combined in my miniature animal sculptures.
